OUTBACK RETURNS POLICY 

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, SALE or PERSONALIZED items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged. 

For returns, you must contact contact@outbackcobber.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Outback Cobber must receive your returned item within 14 days of your order being delivered, or we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Outback Cobber does not provide any refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind. 

Outback Cobber does not provide any refunds, exchanges or returns on international orders. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & swing tags. No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items that have been worn, altered or washed. 

Certain items are exempt from being returned. Due to hygiene issues, we do not provide refunds, exchanges or returns on socks.

Responsibility for incorrect address is at the customer’s expense. Outback Cobber will not issue a refund if you provide the incorrect address. 

SHIPPING BACK TO OUTBACK COBBER

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exemptions include damaged or faulty items.

We recommend returning items using a trackable postage method. Outback Cobber will not be held liable for return parcels lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

For EXCHANGES you will need to provide pre-paid satchel so the item can be sent back to you.

Exchange items are subject to stock availability. If we do not have the exact style or size in stock, we will notify you. In these cases, you may exchange your item for a similar style to the exact value of the returned item.
