OUTBACK RETURNS POLICY
If you receive a defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials even after 30 days with normal wear (excluding material fade or stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

The item will be inspected by our team to determine if the item is defective.
If it is decided that a refund is necessary the transaction will be processed and automatically applied to your method of original payment within 7/10 working days.
Please note that depending on the financial institution it may take an additional 2 days for the money to show up in your account.
CHANGE OF MIND
Unfortunately, SALE or PERSONALIZED items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
While we’re not legally obligated to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, we want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind, we can offer store credit.
If you want to return for store credit
The item is returned within 15 days from the date of purchase
The item/s are unworn and in original condition
Items must be unmarked with no sign of wear/creases
All original labels, swing tags, barcodes and tickets are attached to the item
The original Outback Cobber tax invoice is provided as proof of purchase

We highly recommend you register the return parcel so you can track your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit on items that are not tracked if the parcel goes missing during shipping to us.
